Terms and conditions of sale

General terms and conditions of sale of Jurassic Spirits Sàrl, Rue de l’Église 37, 2942 Alle, Switzerland (UID: CHE-465.267.390). In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

1. Acceptance of the terms and conditions

By using our website (jurassicgin.ch) and placing an order, you accept these general terms and conditions of sale. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Minimum age

The sale of spirits to persons under 18 years of age is prohibited. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Jurassic Spirits Sàrl reserves the right to cancel any order if there is doubt about the age of the buyer or recipient, and to request proof of identity upon delivery.

3. Conclusion of the contract

The order you submit constitutes a legally binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is deemed concluded when you receive an order confirmation from us by email.

4. Prices and payment

Product prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) and include all taxes (VAT included), unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made before delivery, unless otherwise agreed for large volumes. We accept payment by credit card, PostFinance Card, TWINT and the other payment methods available on our website.

5. Delivery

We deliver within Switzerland by parcel post, at the buyer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed or when the minimum amount for free delivery is reached. Stated delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on product availability.

6. Transfer of risk

The risks associated with the products pass to the buyer upon shipment. Any damage or loss occurring during transport must be reported within the time limits set out in our returns policy.

7. Warranty and returns

If you notice a defect in the products received, please inform us by email within 5 days of receiving your order. Defective products must be returned with a copy of the invoice and a detailed description of the defect. If the defect is confirmed, we will decide on the appropriate course of action: price reduction, replacement or refund.

8. Data protection

We respect the privacy and protection of our customers’ personal data. The information you provide is used solely for processing your order and in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. Liability

We accept no liability for indirect, consequential or special damages arising from the use of our products, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct on our part.

10. Changes to the terms and conditions

We reserve the right to amend these general terms and conditions of sale at any time. The terms applicable to your order are those in force at the time the order is placed.
