· 3 cl Jurassic Gin
· 3 cl Campari
· 3 cl sweet vermouth
· Orange zest
Method
Stir over ice. Strain into a chilled rocks glass. Express the orange oils.

Time Capsule Martini
Cold, dry, precise.
Ingredients
· 6 cl Jurassic Gin
· 1 cl dry vermouth
· Lemon zest
Method
Stir with ice for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe.
